yup well Plasma Source has been takin to the next level as for are new default skin
IPB 3.0 Thre3 has the look of a IP. Board 3.0 even though we are are still IPBFree i will now be making all my layouts from this so expect Plasma-X V.5 to have these features and maybe if the boarder look good around it ill have that added to it as well!

You'll have to teach me to make the 3.0 ones. I just got good at the IPBFree ones...

I'm think the best way to make one is to use the generator they have, copy the CSS, then edit the base CSS to the way you want it and add graphics.
